BLUE LOGO FOR WATCH ME MOVE WITH TEXT THAT READS "FITNESS FOR EVERYONE"

Watch Me Move is a New York City–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making fitness accessible for everyone. We believe movement should be joyful, inclusive, and empowering—no matter your age, ability level, or background. Our exercise classes are designed for children and adults with any type of disability or neurodivergence, as well as neurotypical individuals who want to join in the fun.

Through a unique blend of play, music, cooperative games, and developmentally appropriate cardio and strength-building activities, Watch Me Move delivers high-quality fitness experiences tailored to meet the needs of each participant. Whether you prefer private training, buddy sessions, or group classes, our programs are built to celebrate all ages and all abilities.

When Does Watch Me Move Happen?

Right now, Watch Me Move doesn’t follow a fixed schedule or operate from one central location. Instead, we bring movement directly to you—wherever you are. As the program grows, we’re actively building partnerships with schools, fitness centers, and community spaces to expand our reach and eventually establish a permanent home base.

Where Are Classes Held?

The answer is simple: anywhere that works best for you. Watch Me Move sessions can take place:

  • At home

  • In your building’s gym

  • At a local park or playground

  • In a school gymnasium or classroom

  • At a fitness or community center

This flexible model ensures that no matter your environment, you can access fitness that feels welcoming, safe, and supportive.
