What is Watch Me Move?

Watch Me Move is a NYC-based 501(c)3 that offers exercise classes to all, serving children and adults with ANY type of disability or neurodivergence, along with any and all neurotypical individuals who wish to participate.

Through play, music, cooperative games, and developmentally appropriate cardio and strength building activities, Watch Me Move offers the highest quality private, buddy, or group fitness classes for ALL ages and ALL abilities.

When does Watch Me Move happen?

As of yet, Watch Me Move does not have a set schedule or location. Watch Me Move is always looking to connect with fitness centers, schools, or other public spaces in which to run classes.

Where are Watch Me Move classes held?

Anywhere that works! At home, at the park, at the playground, at your building's gym, at a fitness center, during or after school, Watch Me Move will come to you as we figure out future plans for a physical location.
